Our Simple 4-Step Process

Step 1: Discovery Process

Before committing to a monthly retainer, we will conduct a one-off Discovery Process with your client getting into the details about their business and the opportunity available to them through SEO. This will be based on a customized version of our Scout Reports and a video call with the client to go through the process.

We will also understand their expectations for an SEO agreement and what key performance indicators (KPIs) we will be measuring that success by.

Step 2: Customized SEO Strategy and Plan Option Proposal

With the data from Step 1, we will devise a progressive SEO strategy that is tailored to your client with the sole purpose of achieving their business objectives through SEO.

We will validate that our process will be a good fit for them, and we will confirm the monthly budgets necessary to make this happen. This will include your mark-up.

If appropriate, we will offer them a number of pricing options at this point.

Please note: Steps 1 and 2 are a one-off process. Monthly services will not start until they have been agreed.

Step 3: Q1 Kick-Off Call

Once the monthly retainer is agreed and all the admin is taken care of, we will arrange the first Quarterly Kick-Off Call.

The purpose of this call is to agree deliverables for the next 12 weeks and answer any queries the client may have. We will also start the technical optimisation process in Q1 as this is key to the success of any SEO strategy.

Step 4: Monthly Deliverables & Reporting

Each quarter we will have a catchup call with the client which will cover the following topics:

A review of the data so far
A catchup with business targets
Any updates to targets or strategy
An agreement on the deliverables for the next quarter
Any other business

In between these monthly calls, the client will receive regular communications about tactics that are being delivered, monthly PDF reports of search position and traffic, and regular video snippets from us highlighting wins as we achieve them.

We will propose 1-3 plan options for new clients, as applicable. The above starting rates include a 20% profit return to your agency. You are free to adjust that rate with us as you like and we will calculate proposed costs accordingly.
